Thanks to everyone who ordered prints of Ruins. Got these color matched and printed- this is one of the highest quality prints that we’ve yet produced and I’m really proud to add it to the catalog. For an artwork like this I start by shooting 8 exposures of the piece, getting a closeup of each quadrant exposed twice, once for the dark areas and once for the light details. Then there’s a lot of pixel-precise alignment and careful compositing and then color matching and many small proofs. Prints are made on archival canvas and then signed.
